Hello I'm new to the forms and knife collecting in general and I was wondering what Ohio's knife laws actually were....i tried looking and all the things I read have conflicting answers....i usually carry a benchmade nakamura

Ohio is a tricky set of laws to explain because they are very vague and don't actually spell out what types of knife are illegal to carry concealed (open carry is always legal). For that you have to rely on court rulings (aka caselaw). Long story short, legality is based on what you are doing with the knife and what you say to the police if questioned about why you have it, than the actual knife's description.
