Does anybody have any information on the ohio spring knife show? I hear that it is on April 27-29, 2007. Is this an annual event or is this year the first. Also where is it at and how much is admission. Is this a worthwhile event, alot of venders, see some pretty cool products? Any information is apprectiated.

thanks for the link SharpNJ. has anyone out there been to this show before? If i go should i expect to see knives from benchmade spyderco william henry or chris reeve? Or will this be mroe of the classic buck, case knife sort of gathering.

From the link I can see that the particular show you are speaking of is being held in conjunction with the Bill Goodman's gun and knife show that appears about once a month in various parts of the midwest. I have seen a large array of knives but a very rare showing of the top end stuff - meaning a few striders and no such thing as a hinderer or reeve. The main attraction at these things seems to be the automatics, which despite the law, are traded like candy. This only adds to the black market arms-bazar atmosphere of these shows even though there are copious amounts of enforcement individuals present, looking the other way. It's the only time I've ever seen survivalists and gang members walking amongst eachother while bearing arms. Im not sure if this special event will garner any extra showing of knives though.

Thank you so much GreyMan. I thought i was posting to myself after a while. You saved me a possible trip to Wilimington, wherever that is. Not really interested in automatics just higher end stuff.
