My sng felt gritty so I put a drop of oil. I did not want to take it apart and void the warranty. Now the lock has stick to it. Do I need to re break it in? I tried washing out the oil. Taking compressed air to it and a blow drier. I also have been using the sharpie trick which helps a little. What should I do? I am capable of taking the knife apart and putting it back together.

The grit needs to be removed from it. Adding oil, with the grit still in there, will just make the grit 'muddier' (and therefore sticky).

Taking the knife apart and cleaning all the bearing surfaces would do the most good, after which a tiny bit of oil should have it working smoothly again. If you don't want to risk voiding the warranty, I'd send it back to the maker and have them clean it up and/or fix the gritty issue.

Thank you. Ill order the spanner tool and take it apart. Ill try to blow compressed air until then

If a titanium lock face becomes oily, then it will stick. Oil and titanium do not mix. Put the knife under some warm water, open and close the blade, and avoid getting oil on the lock face of either surface.
