I was in Omaha this past weekend when the RWBTOJ delivered this package to my door.
It's a good thing I found a Hog while I was down there to keep an eye on this bad boy.

Awesome SCORE! That's probably the best picture of an Argonne (sp?) that I've seen!

Congrats again to you and your team Drew!

You gotta love those Argonnes!

Anyone care to offer insights as to the origin of the name? I've always wondered, especially since I work next to Argonne West (now the Materials/Fuels Complex at Idaho National Laboratory).

As they are similar in appearance to a WWI trench knife and the Battle of the Argonne Forest was an important battle during said war, I think that might be how they became so named. I might be wrong though.

Dude, you just happened to have that fact stuck in the back of your brain? :) and to think I'm happy remembering my home address...

Don't feel bad. I can remember stuff like that but I am nearly a month over due for renewing my license plate sticker. I just can't remember to get it, I have to before the end of June though. It goes up $20 bucks if I wait until July. :(

Oh, one must also remember that Jerry is a avid student of history and we all know how he likes symbolism. So I think mine was a reasonable inference.

No argument here :)
