like i said no more minis for me here is my very first "full" size knife

birds-eye maple handle 0-1 58-60 rc 8.5" overall length 4.25" handle 4.25" blade tip to handle 3 brass 1/8th" brass pins that almost blend into the wood!
deep acid etched finish

so what do you think???
i might be able to get around to the sheath for it tonite we'll have to wait and see

p.s. almost forgot i used the full/hidden tang design on this one too the handle is comfy warm and beautiful
 
Nice work Phil! That is a beautiful piece of wood on that handle. When you get that sheath made I'll send my address so you can give it a nice warm new home. Thanks for sharing,

thaks guys like i said before it is a great feeling to have my peers like my work and keep inspiring me to go further

for #12 i am going to attempt a skinner design that some asked if i could make for them awhile back and just havent felt up to the challenge so to speak

so im going to jump in the water up to my neck and just do it now i feel comfy with the whole grinding thing

im hoping that i will get to the sheath tonite for #11 but ill have to wait and see im still trying to do alot of exercise and stretching of the muscles i tore in an atempt to get back to work before i loose my job
