I already have a Satin Jack and SAR6 LE and looked at the Boss Jack but just don't see much difference. Am I missing something. I am always looking for a reason to buy a new INFI model. I just need to justify it.

While I see several aesthetic differences, they are still pretty subtle. I think seeing actual numbers, like thickness and weight, would mean more. I have a BOSS Jack coming and, as minute as the differences are, I prefer that aesthetically over the SAR6. It's narrower (giving it the appearance of being leaner and longer), the handle has more curves...

... as far as justifying a purchase? Well, here's what a fellow member answered when I asked why some people have several BOSS Jacks:

I ordered my BJLE with black canvas and then a few weeks down the track caved in and order another BJLE in orange and black G10. Why you might ask?

...well, why not?

Ok just ordered LE. Just needed an excuse. It being thinner for slicing makes it a little more usable for me. I do like the slight differences in geometry. Damn. Broke again. Are ther addiction classes for this? Say Hog Cult Anonymous.

The boss jack is notably different than the SHSJ in hand. The biggest 2 differences are the option for a lack of a choil and a taller index finger position. The SHSJ had a small index finger and a tall rest of the handle, for me it felt like I couldn't get a good enough grip with the front of my hand so the entire thing wanted to slip back, pushing the edge towards my fingers. This is completely fixed with the BOSS Jack.

If your want to get it, It won't really compliment the SHSJ as much as it will replace it. They are otherwise nearly identical knives, but as a user preference I go with the choiless BOSS Jack hands down.
