I submited for a gold membership upgrade on July 1. Paid through paypal as I am a canadian and since the 1st I have contacted BF Help and SPARK without any response from either...not even so much as an acknowledgement that they were looking into the issue, that they had received my payment or that I even emailed!
My question being, how far do I let this go before contacting paypal and submitting a claim for non-service. I tried hard to get my BH# and I understand that there have been peple banned from this forum for some oddball things and I got a funny feeling that with my luck this would get me banned even though I am only trying to get the service for which I have paid.
I was totally fine with the registered user badge until I started trying for a BH# and noticed that I would miss out on a lot of cool stuff without at least a gold membership. I think there is a fine group of people on these forums (for the most part) and especially my fellow beckerheads and I would hate to lose the ability to interact and share thoughts and opinions with you people becasue someone didn't follow through on what they said they would do. I have looked over Spark's thread about him going through some crap in his life and I am understanding of that as everyone has been there to some degree or another(myself included) and am willing to cut someone some slack however I was raised to do what you say and say what you do....simple principle really.
Anyways I only want the service that I paid for...any advise would be greatly appreciated.
