Well I was trying to finish up a jar to make room in the pantry for a new full jar:D when I came across this knife on Fleabay. I didn't know what it was but the size and the oak(?) handles really spoke to me. I put in my maximum bid which was really more than I wanted to spend and I beat out the guy behind me by 40 cents. It arrived and it looks great and feels great in my hand. I have no idea what model it is. It is serialized as number 1106 and has Chuck's dremel signature from 2001. It looks like it has a Rockwell test dot on it as well. I have more Buck fixed blades than I know what to do with but I have never seen one like this. So. What is it?

Its a Chuck Buck signature series model 405.
Oak Handles Ats-34 blade, it was a limited edition in 2001 I believe. It has the hardness test dot on it ;) The dremel signature came on the knife new also!

Not a problem, enjoy using it, and enjoy the Jar of medicine, just not at the same time ;)
