Ok I have a UV LED Flashlight now what's it good for?

What can I use it for, looking at money, searching for bodily fluids like the guys on CSI, what else?
 
Checking for oil leaks in your engine.

Checking paintings to see if they're overpaints or even forgeries.

Inspecting for cracks in metals

Accellerating your sun tan.
 
checking for urine stains .. charging the glow hands on a watch super bright..
checking some ID's and DL's for hidden water marks..
 
If you live in a state like Arizona where scorpions reside, you can easily find them in the darkness. They become fluorescent when UV light is shone upon them. :)
 
Protein stains. See just how clean someone's bed or underwear is. :barf:
 
Yeh, don't turn off the lights in a hotl and use it, unless you're ready for a surprise here and there...

You can check for air conditioner leaks also.

Check around the kitchen.

Get some of the UV powder Shomer Tec has, and dust anything you think people are messing with, then light them up to see who's lyin.
 
UV can accelerate super glue and epoxy.

What I often do with my UV light is ...Find things in the dark! Take some glow-in-the-dark paint or day-glow orange paint and put it on things you tend to drop a little too often. A UV light makes it "fun" to find. You can get a simular effect with many Blue leds.
 
Make people you don't like go blind!
 
False teeth, semen and scorpions fluoresce in UV.

There's the makings of a brilliant joke there, but it's eluded me for years.

I had a similar thought about buying things that you have no use for, but are super cool. I really need 5 flashlights and 40+ knives.

BTW, guys, don't ever let your wife see the toilet surrounds under UV or you will be sitting down to pee for the rest of your life! :)

What I want to know is this: Why can't homes have urinals? If I ever build a house, it's gonna have urinals for sure.

I'd like to put one in storage shed or garage, so I wouldn't have to go back inside to take a leak. There's probably some esoteric building code that would make it illegal, as being outdoor plumbing or some such.
