Since nobody would fess up and admit they have done it, I done it. Here are some links to some pics:

I also brushed the clip, brushed the screws, and put a silver thumbdisk on it. I am liking this knife alot and have been carrying it since I got it. What do you think?

That looks real nice !

How well does the Wave work on a small blade though. I'd assume that the bigger the blade, and therefore the higher the mass, the easier the blade is to open up through inertia.
 
Thanks dd1967 and Dman. The wave works really well on the small blade. I first glass beaded the clip and the screws but I didn't like the finish so I used a Scotch brite pad on them and gave them that brushed look. I am really enjoying the knife alot. I think it would look cool with some titanium bolsters and micarta handles. Maybe later though. I don't think I could let go of it long enough for that yet. I'll have to let the new wear off of it first or get another Emerson to take its place.
