Yep, woke up this morning and realized I really just don't care if I have a knife or not anymore. Really not sure why it happened, after the last forty-two years of constant carry, and a few decades since the last time I even took a shower without one, I just find myself just no longer interested. So...today I'll be going through my boxes, packs, and my truck and starting the long (not as long as would have ben before this winter thankfully) process of ridding myself of all things sharp and pointy.

Happy April!!!!

If you believe this you reeeeeeally do not know me :D I can't even remember the last time I didn't have a knife handy, and hope I die before I am completely stripped of the right to carry one.

I started to read this and was dumbfounded. Then realized just how right you are.

Shoot. Should have scrolled down trying to play along

Haha send them all to me - after 40 years of being a non knife guy I suddenly must own all of the knives! Happy April!

You mean I'm not the only one, seriously I wear a Spyderco titanium mini police necklace and it never comes off, even in the shower. :)

Lol, after spending decades working at and surrounded by nuclear power plants I came to the realization that I just never knew when I was going to have to bug out. If I had to bug out in the middle of a shower and run out the door nude, I was at least going to have a knife with me. :D

You mean you wear clothes outside now?

Well heck yeah, now, it's been like -12F here a lot the last three months. You know the effect cold has, that could be very embarrassing! :D

And I suddenly had a massive wave of relief that Mistwalkers review pics are in POV and not third person. ;)

Yep, now you know the real reason why my pics are from my perspective, any other perspective wouldn't get near as many views, and might even get me banned ;)

I felt the same way this AM and threw all my knives in a box and dropped it off at Goodwill

Now that is not even funny. I know a guy that did this with a vintage S&W Combat Masterpiece that had the best trigger I ever squeezed. By mistake of course, in a pile of Ts that it was nestled in. And no it was not me, but I have to admit that I am related to the guy.

LOL, this one is NOWHERE near as funny as Kevin's April Fool joke. I have been trying to read it a few pages at a time, cracking up the whole time.

this guy needs more fiber
If this was real, I would stop patronizing this site. If this is a joke, I may stop anyway. I have very little room for humor at this point. Besides, all this forum is when it comes down to it is one big advertisement for knife mfrs and a place for people with too much time and money to brag.
