Well, it's 1:00am here in frosty England, an hour to go. I've just gone through the Checklist:

1. Tucked darling wife in bed and kissed goodnight. Told her I'll join her soon.
2. Opened bottle of 15yo Glenmorangie and took a (very) large glass.
3. Decided what I'm actually going to try and snag (no, I'm not telling!)
4. Had a drink.
5. Prepared emails in outbox, ready to send.
6. Had another drink.
7. Set up multipane browser with auto-refresh.
8. Sipped some more.
9. Chucked the cat out.
10. Poured another large glass of scotch.
11. Got some chocolate hobnobs for energy.
12. Feeling a little drunk now...

... so I guess I'm ready!

Let the games commence!

Sounds like you have all the bases covered - but perhaps start to mix with coffee - caffeine and scotch - should keep you going!!

went back and had #3 drink

6. had drink
7. Ate a steak and spud
8. had drink
9. had drink
10. had drink
11. had drink
12. might have typed correct 'ganza e-mails
13. had drink

now i'm just waiting ..... might get to another drink soon!
