So I suddenly have the hankerin to buy just one nice fixed knife. I have been in lust with the SOG trident since I was in middle school (1991ish). I know they are now made in china, but theres something to those classic knives that I still really like. For $130, I am about to press the button.
Now, I am looking for a nicely finished fighting knife under $200. Length would need to be 13" to 11" (I am somewhat flexible on the larger end of this. Think Crain LS1 with a little "polishing". I want the knife as my entry into fixed blades, one the wife will say "Wow, that looks mean yet classy at the same time".
Feedback? I am going to order in an hour or so, so please let me know!!
