When I joined this madness, I didn't really expect it to grow so... well.. fast.

Anyone else have a pic of their growing pile?

Nice collection...what is that knife just above the BM Crawford?

Hell, I don't DARE put all of MY knives in one place long enough to photograph 'em because if I do, then my wife will KNOW how many I DO have...(Since they are spread all over my house, she has NO idea how many there really are.:D.)

It is a TOPS street scalpel. Nice little fixed blade.
My wife just came home from a trip to Spokane. She picked up a Straight razor for me!
It is a Joseph Allen and Sons from Sheffeild England.
It still is in the old cardboard box.

How cool is that!?

The only way I can get all of mine in one picture is to lay them out in a deserted shopping mall parking lot and pay the SPIN-2 people to have one of there satellites get the shot.

Just tell the wife, "you married a knife collector. Get used to it."

And don't ask her why she needs sixteen lipsticks all of which are, as far as you can tell, red.

When I first joined in January, my collection started growing, but now I'm moving to higher quality rather than quantity. So, I may have less knives, but my collection is way more expensive than before my BF arrival. And within a week or so, I will be carrying a $200 knife with $200 worth of customizing as my EDC when I used to cringe carrying a $100 knife. You guys are killing me...

Id have to find all my knives first.... most of my collection is still in boxes from moving 4 months ago. Got the autos and fighters out quick, but thats about it. Fortunately, I dont have anyone to tell me I have too many:)

Hehe. Flashlights too, I was addicted to flashlights besfore I was knives I think.......Streamlight: 20xl polymer,35xl aluminum, Scorpian. Surefire: 8NX commander. 2 Photons. 1 Quantum MaxMillion.

Forgot to add pics in. Top is all, bottom is work carry gear, the Bali is carried to work for practicing while driving around in car.

Tom,

WHILE DRIVING!? What happens when you screw up the aerial 'cause you had to stop for a duck or something and it lands blade-first into your family jewels? Perhaps you could sue BM because the knife didn't say "Caution: Sharp" in every visible place possible :)

ya know I'm wondering if you have talked to Mike this week? since I did basicly what you just said the other day, except it landed about 1" away from a place I would just as soon it not ever land

Kinda broke me from doing anything too hard or complicated while driving, not that I can do anything with a Bali thats complictaed anyway,.

Hehe,

Naah I haven't talked to mike in a bit, been waiting until I have the dough to start hitting him up for Out-Of-Stock Balis. :)

NGK: doing an aerial with a bali and breaking or accelerating at the same time isn't great for your personal health. I think anyone who still remember some of your physics classes cna tell you why...
Good thing you didn't get hurt.

OK here's a peek,

Hey Ed T what do ya think of the Ontario Spec SP8 Flat Nose Machete?

Looks like ya use as much as mine, great camp knife or wood splitter, this knife gives tru meaning to the term sharpened prybar.:D

I sure wasn't doing a ariel, Im not that proficcient wiht a Bali yet, I was just flippin it around and it caught the edge of the shotgun mount just enough with the backedge of the knife to throw off my momentum and everything and it went flying, not on purpose though.....

Either way i learned my lesson, Don't like the idea of detachabel jewls.......

T. Erdelyi,

I'm surprised your table there didnt collapse from the strain of all those knives. I don't have a allot (in my opinon). I think when I have so many I dont remember where most of them are at, then I'll have allot, still not too many though :)

Nice pictures.

I have managed to avoid the lights and watches so far. But I have been looking, which is a bad sign for me....

The Ontario Machete is a great one. Right now, it's place is near the BBQ/Smoker. I use it to strip bark and resize the fruit wood. Any time I have a task that you shouldn't use a knife for... out it comes!

As for the bali flipping....eeek!

I decided to stop with the balis because I really don't want any cuts where I work. A lot of us work in high risk environments. I have a healthy fear of bloodborne pathogens.
