OK T-Man...Howz about a BLADE Review?

Hey! It's not like it's posted in some super-secret forum or anything! :D

And if I do get to a show, or have the chance to grab a drink with the T-Man, I'm buyin! And it's gonna be the best scotch they got!
 
Ha, well for me Blade is a different experience than most. I get caught in a ton of sit downs at the booth with the customers attending the show. Pitch the new stuff, write some paper, tell em how much we love em, that sort of thing. Blue Ridge, Moteng, Midwest Gun Exchange, A.G., Plaza Cutlery, Knife Center, NGK, Charlie's Knife Shop, Davi's, were just a few that showed up to the booth.

Then there are all the makers to attend to as well: KO, G&G Hawk, RJ, Lee, and Tim G. all were hanging out. Lot's of future brainstorming going on. Good times going on with these convo's for sure.

I do go around an judge/vote for the annual awards as well.

So I'm kinda trapped for the first 2 days, but then get to walk a bit of the show on Sunday.

As far as the evenings went, I've always felt strongly that I can sleep once the weekend is over, so it was 3:00 am Thursday and Friday, and about 2:00 am the other 2 nights. Fine dinners and the pit is where it's at for me.

Highlights for me this year was a long late night visit with Chris Reeve.
Hanging with Jerker from Sandvik.
Shooting it with Brad Foster from MGE, what a cool cat he is.
Oh and seeing my bro STeven as well.
 
That's cool! One of these days I'm going to get to one...until then I have to live vicariously thru you. Sounds like we had a great time!
