Could anybody at SK give us some details? Are these customs or based on a new BT design? What's the steel? Do they have a chisel grind?

Six different prototypes were recently done for a project with STRIDER KNIVES. Though their heritage stems from the model BT, this is new geometry. These pieces are 13"oal and larger in every dimension than a BT. One piece was specifically chosen and dubbed SEAL2001 and is the first of the two photos you have posted. The group of six prototypes can be seen in the current Japanese "Knife"
magazine. I will try to post a photo of all six. We will also be making limited numbers of some of the other prototype designs in the near future, however we are only producing the SEAL2001 for right now. Orders may be placed through us directly or through our dealer network.
Thanks for your interest,
Duane Dwyer

Nice job guys. I didn't think it was possible, but you actually have improved the SEAL. The geometry is awesome. Hats off to ya'll.

PS- I finally have got some more art for you to look at. I'll do my best to get it to Mick in a day or two.

After seeing these kick ass pictures and planing on getting a WB I've now changed my mind in favor of the Seal2001
