Ok, this was just wierd.

That's spam. It happens, sometimes in a barrage of threads like so.

I'd say report it and don't click any links they provide.
 
Reported to Mods. I figured it was spam just not used to seeing it in another language.
 
Two active spammers right now posting the same links - all over the place. Mods will come along and nuke it.
