We know there are major HOGS out there (you know who you are) who own (control, manipulate, hoard, etc) lots of INFI.

But here is the question, "What percentage is INFI (or let's just say Busse knives) of your total knife collection?"

I am happy to start - except for some folders (and a couple of autos) Busses represent over 88% of my knife collection. (by the way, I wasn't asking it, but Busses represent 100% of my fixed blade collection).

Just curious as to how you guys stack up....
 
82% of my total collection and 100% of my Fixed blade collection.

A few folders(spyderco, microtech and speedtech) represent the rest of my collection. I've owned several customs by several makers but I always sell them in order to afford more Busses ;):D:D
 
Do you mean percentage in numbers or percentage in price? :eek: ;)

43% INFI, but that's counting all the cheap and gift knives hiding in my closet. All my users do what I expect them to, and they do it well. I don't have the money (or the snout and curly tail) to replace them all with INFI. :D

I don't even want to think about the cost percentage . . .
 
I don't collect folders, only fixed blades.

As for percentage, the calculator says I'm an even 70% and if Jerry would give me my blasted subhilt that would keep going up :D

ZERO PERCENT OF MY FOLDER COLLECTION!!! Now shouldn't we do something about that??? ;) :p :rolleyes: :D :D
 
After $10,000 slowly slipped into the right pocket I now have information from someone HIGH in the Busse government that what appears to a knife in the picture.....WAS NOT!!! :eek:

Lemme get this straight, you believe someone you can bribe with $10,000 over someone who knows about Berger Cookies??

Ahhh, now he wants the truth!

Well, since Jerry was sad that I had to go back to work and would miss seeing all kinds of cool stuff, he just handed it to me to have and enjoy. You can come and get it, but just try and find me!
 
Busse = 52% (and climbing)
Swamp Rat = 14%
Local Aussie custom made = 27%
Misc = 7%

BTW, as a point of interest, I have sold every and any folder I had (with exception to one old barlow) so all of the figures above are based on fixed blades...

Hey Gundy, when you say local aussie cutoms, do you have any of Ferrets knives?
 
I had one of his once....

Lets just say that they are not my style....

He does make some good stuff though...very original.
 
30% goes to Busse
30% goes to Strider
30% goes to ATC

The last 10% is for my folders, and some other custom fixed blades, namely Simonich, Rinaldi and Hossom...;)
 
Lemme See,

I have a Steel Heart, PBF 8", Mr. Mofo, Basic 7, Steel Heart ZT and a Desert Mofo on the way, There is a custom variant in the works and I am currently waiting approval on a Third.

That makes up a majority of the Busse knife collection. (Please bear in mind I ordered my first Busse in Nov)
I have a few Randall 14's a couple of Striders and some other Military knives including Mark 2's Ka-Bars and SOG bowie (really good replica) There are a few other customs but nothing really special. Just like the few factory knives that are in the draw but they are just taking up space, I will also leave them nameless.
