Great time to buy a Busse though!
It'll probably be a little better time to sell after April. (tax refunds!)
 
You got that right. Have you noticed how the GW prices are down from 2 months ago:eek:
Think your right about the tax season effect.
 
Well, I don't know about that. It seems to me the ones that are sitting are priced, shall we say, "ambitiously".

I have to disagree. Even the stuff on eBay isn't getting the prices it did a couple of months ago. Yes, there are prices that are jacked up, and those are definitely sitting, but even some of those were sold a few months ago. AND the higher end stuff priced fairly isn't going anywhere, just some of the rats and fairly or bargain priced mid and lower end Busse knives are going.
 
Count me into the "tapped" category too...

I'd like to buy something, but would have to sell something to swing it. But with the way things aren't selling, makes you nervous to try it.

Good thing Busse Combat still takes credit cards :D :D I'll figure out a way to get the money for a Muddy Meaner and AD :thumbup: :thumbup:

I've NEVER regretted buying a Busse. Like all markets, Busses wane and wax. FEAR NOT! The best will always hold it's value because they ARE the best!
(especially if you can get a good deal!) It's also cyclical depending on the time of year, and don't forget, Jerry and Skunk had a LOT of cool stuff for sale lately! Actually, make that a ton of cool stuff. Jerry's sold more variants recently than ever before. This is very cool, but it makes things a bit confusing because you have to keep track of it all, and what they're worth.

I have two priced for less than I gave 2 months ago when they were going like hotcakes at a higher rate. Hate to loose to much on a mint Busse. I bought 12 in Dec and Jan on exchange so I know the prices are down now.

Then don't sell yet! I'm sorry you lost $$$$ :(. It wouldn't normally happen, but there were a heck of a lot of speculators overcrowding the resale area. Over time less and less of any model, especially limited ones like the warden, are sold and demand goes up, and so does the price, by a lot!
Maybe Spark needs to take a closer look at his definition of dealer.
 
Yeah, I landed a couple of nice ones after the sellers dropped their prices. When I first joined in January, most Busses, especially the larger ones, were gone in a matter of minutes...
 
Oh I'm not worried, just have the two up thats bellow what I gave.
Just to help pay on the CC orders from Busse orders.

I may pull them and wait a month or two, no problem if they sale or don't.
I know Busse will hold its value better than any out there.

But you are right on about it being a great time to buy. Lots of INFI at good prices.

Then time when we got our 2nd handed Wardens price was HOT

Now seems like market are filled with G-10 Wardens. Finding a Warden is not as scarce, now price cools down big time. They still sells, just not the price we bought them.
