I know everyone on blade forums is a knife expert and will be chosen to carve the turkey today. What knives do you use?

I am a big fan of the Victorinox Fibrox knives, great ergonomics, not crazy prices, and easy to clean after the job is done.

Here is a great YouTube about slicing knives you might enjoy.

and another about their favorite slicing knife.

For those of you who are newbies to the knife using in the kitchen here is a good video by a professional chef about how to easily carve a Turkey to get the most meat from it/

Happy Thanksgiving to all!
