Hows the rodent 9 chop? Any hotspots from the bump in the handle? How does it compare to a cgfbm or b11 or whatever you got?

Was that a single hit with the Rucki on the tree?

Looks like alot of fun! I hope you and your son have some good memories of the trip!!
 
the R9 is an excellent chopper, no hot spots to speak of but I did wear gloves. As far as how it compares, I do not own a cgfbm, I do have a NMFBM though, not really a fair comparison, as far as the B11, I used to own one, if I had to compare the 2 I would say the B11 was a better chopper and more comfortable for long term use. As far as that tree with the Rucki goes, that was about 5 inch diameter tree, definitely not one swing, I didn't count but it didn't take me all that long to get thru it. All the blades performed excellently :thumbup: Hopefully next trip out I will have my B10 to swing :D
