OKC analogue to BK14/24

Hey there Ontario Knife Co. & supporters,

I am a long-time OKC fan, having carried and used a RAT-3 and TAK-1 variously for the last couple years. Recently however, my go-to knife for daily carry (in town, as well as in the woods) has become a BK24. I made my own low-profile "taco" type Kydex sheath, and have found that it fits perfectly in the front pocket of a pair of jeans; I typically reach for it before a folder. I would love to see Ontario produce a knife with nearly the size/usability of the RAT-3, but with a skeletonized handle (lightweight & easy to cord wrap) and greater pocket-ability (handle slabs optional). A RAT-2.75, if you will! As far as I'm concerned, a usable, but not fancy (ie.: cheap) sheath is fine (seems like most dedicated users will make or buy their preference anyways), and bonus points for upgraded steel (ie.: D2 instead of 1095).

I realize that there are a ton of worthy options from other manufacturers out there that are exactly what I've described above, but I'd rather give OKC my money!

Any interest or comments would be appreciated.

Thanks everybody,
jswa2

IMO the BK 11/14/24 are great blades.
So yes I am in. If Ontario can produce something the same size & price point I would buy.

The best I can say to that so far is that we hear you. I don't know that anything will come of it, but we always make sure to let everyone know when we see interest in something specific.

I like the size of the bk14 much better than the esee izula.
No point in such a small blade length IMHO.

OKC -- thanks for the thoughtful reply! I won't hold my breath, but its good to know that you're paying attention.

My dollars will keep voting American!
