Thanks for mentioning that. Yes, photos of all Buck stuff, people and anything interesting......300

I know that Gedlicks is there and is set up with Bruce Dollinger...

Boy does he have a nice setup of stag handle and mammoth ivory handle Buck knives...

I think we'll see some pictures next Sunday on the Sunday Picture Show or maybe this Sunday...

I have a few pictures already and he has some sweet old custom Buck knives...

Leroy is there... No Joe Houser this year...

I wish I was there to... Oregon will be there Sunday...
But I don't think he will post any pictures... He is taking
a break from the forum... I sure do miss his input and
pictures on here... I hope he come back soon... :( :( :(

:)

I wondered why I haven't seen any Oregon posts. Dam shame one of the more informative posters and with unbelievable pics. Hope he was offended here somehow and everything is ok.

My wife and I just got in awhile ago from the Oregon Knife Collectors Assoc. knife show in Eugene Oregon and wow what a great time we had.

Met some new friends as well as got together and spoke to some old friends. I met "Oregon" and had some great conversation with him as well as his son. What a couple of great gentleman and extremely knowledgeable.
I am glad I finally had a chance to meet him.

I met some of the individuals I have dealt with online or over the phone over the years and shook some hands of some great people.

Saturday evening my wife and I had a fantastic dinner and conversation with Bruce Dollinger and his grandson, Leroy Remer and Heath Stone, as well as Steve and Karen McGrath and their daughter whom are fellow BCCI members. All fantastic top notch individuals. I thank them for including my wife and I in their evening.

I spent Friday, Saturday, and Sunday helping out at the BCCI sales table and sold a few of my knives as well as displayed some of my collection along with some of Bruce's. I have never displayed any of my knives before and literally grabbed some of my knives along with a few display cases I had and took off not knowing how much space I had or what it would end up looking like. The end result I think was pretty good.

I also had a chance in between helping out at the BCCI table to go out and do some searching around at the 360 tables of knives and came up with a few great Buck knife finds which I could not walk away from so now I have some more subjects for future Sunday Picture Shows.

It amazed me how many people came up to our table and asked about or talked about Chuck Buck and the Buck family. Chuck has touched so many people in his life it absolutely amazes me. His life was truly successful.

I only took a few pictures so we will have to bug "Oregon" to post some of the pictures he took while there.

Thanks for quick action Hal, If you would have had a few Buck knives in your display and talked about them your photo would have been OK. Then anyone interested in your knives could have contacted you using email or forum messages. Done deal.

If any beginning member is reading this always try to make Buck knives the main theme of your posting. On Sunday picture show we throw in a few animals and outdoor scenes. Backgrounds in knife photos with cute kids, scenic views and classic cars are welcome also. As is hunter taken game animals, please no road kill.........
