Our first "big" show (we did have our annual mini show this last December...) since the big 'rona kicked off.
I could only attend on Friday, set up day/members only day. Had to take advantage of the sunny Saturday to catch up on farm stuff.
But really had a good time, myself. Lot's of friends seen, knives handled, amazing displays, etc.
Wish I could have made it Saturday, but I spent too much on Friday anyway!
Picked up some nice pieces: another English billhook, a few curved vineyard/horticulture knives for inspiration, an indigenous blade from Sudan, etc.
And, I did see this fella wandering around...

(the knife he is holding is not a Becker; one of mine actually)
But he did share this (which I got permission to share)...

Ethan said he "did not design it, because everyone knows I hate Nessmuk..."
I, for one, like it...!!! And yes I did try to talk him out of it, you know, for testing purposes.
But he said it was the only one he had...
He did share some other things...
But I did not get any photos or permission to share.
So I guess there might some things coming down the pipe in the future.
Anyway, it was great to chat, about knives, and lots more.
Good to see you Ethan!
And I saw Mr. Siegle there as well.
Take care,
Brome
