It's been a while since I posted anything but thought that I just had to share this. My Grandfather started me into knife collecting. He also got me into Busse knives when he bought an original straight handle battle mistress with the screw handle and smooth coating. That blade was my favorite of all of his knives. Well, my birthday is at the end of this month and when I stopped by to see him he handed me his battle mistress and told me happy birthday!!!!!!!!!! I was at a loss for words. This blade is in perfect unsued condition and has the nicest looking grip on it. It also has the old kydex sheath that came with it. I'll never sell or trade this one. It will stay a safe queen. I plan on insuring my gun and knife collection next month when my policy is up. Obviously this knife is worth more to me than any amount of money but what is the going rate for one these days? It's been a long while since I have seen one on the market. I'll try to get a picture of my new beauty up as soon as the wife can show me how to do it!!

You should use it....you will appreciate it more! Used ones are more rare than Mint ones!!:D
Do a search in the exchange....2 have sold in past few weeks.

Not sure why my e-mail bounced back... It has never changed! Here it is for you.

I don't think I'll use it. I have a nice e handle natural outlaw that I like to beat on. I feel guilty every time I use my original lean mean street!
