Hello Andy,

It's been a while since I've posted but I have followed your variants with great pleasure. Surly, Jerry would have no influence on your business practices ;) :p Looks like things are going great for you and you deserve it, you have put the time in for sure.

Enough butt kissing, here is the question, I still faithfully abuse...I mean use my pre-pro brend on a regular basis. In an unfortunate run in with a wheel-barrow axel I have a chip in the edge that I cannot steel and sharpen out. I know that the brend production is being passed over to Mr. Branton, so I was wondering if I could send it in to you for a little resharpening to fix my stupidity? If not, then no biggie, I know you don't make these anymore, and it's not more than I can llive with. I can say that your products are the $hit! I still plan an a next gen ranger, it will have big shoes to fill. that little brend has really been awesome! Not that it is retiring. It's still got a lot of life in it.Thanks for any info and keep up the great work.

Here are some pics. One close up of the damage and the other is just a pic of a well used and loved tool :)

I'm not Andy, and I don't play him on TV :) I just wanted to say thanks for sharing those pics! Tools are meant to be used, for sure.

Contact me via email or telephone and I'll give you instructions on how to get it fixed.

Bobby

Thank you very much Mr. Branton. I have sent you an email requesting instructions. I really appreciate it.

:D And quit throwing it at wheelbarrow axels - it won't stick in those. ;)

Call me if you want on the list for the NG Ranger. When we start production I'll be taking advance orders and as per the usual it will sell out before the batch even starts. From then on we'll be able to keep them in stock but there are a lot of people chomping at the bit for them right now.

you know, sometimes if you miss the mark and the ground is just the right firmness, those hawks will act like a wheel and just keep on rollin'. :o A wheelbarrow axel wil stop that for ya. ;) you know, I couldn't make it act like that and do that again if I had too and I guess it's a good thing. That old brend has been put through the ringer, for sure, but it begs for more. Can you leak any of the Next Gen specs and changes? I'll try to call you in a few to arrange for payment and such.
