Old Buck 311

Today I came across an old Buck 311 Trapper that I'd bought back in the 70s.
It is unused in the original box and still has the warranty paper dated 4/4/70 in the box. Can anyone give me a ballpark value on it? Thanks in advance for any info.
 
There's one, near new, with a box on eBay as we speak. Watch it and it'll give you a good idea of value. Jack

or

BUCK
311
USA

?
The former is the rarer of the two and worth more.
 
Here's a picture of the 311 along with a 301 that I found yesterday. Unfortunately the 301 has no box.

Your knife is what I refer to as a second generation Camillus. It was made between 1972 and about 1990. I am sure yours came from the seventies but all the knives made in that time span look the same. I would be pleased to win one on the bay for under $40.00 and with a box and papers I can see it making $60.00. Nice knife. Your 301 is from that same period.
