Old Buck Folding Hunter

I have an old Buck Folding Hunter that is thinner than the current model, it is stamped BUCK along the top right side of the blade. By looking at old magazines, I think this is one of the earliest made. Would like more identification info, if anyone has any available.

Is the word Buck etched or stamped? Either way, you may have a VERY early 110 on your hands.
