Ok, Now I'm a gold member and am posting in the right location...I hope!

Old Busse AK question-value?

I have an Busse American Kensai and am the original owner, it has cut only air, never sharpened or stropped and the blade has been preserved lovingly. :)
Michael says its a ""original smooth bolt Kensei made with A2 steel"

Heresy alert! I roughed up the micarta with 400 grit; it was too slippery for kata use. It can be polished again, I guess.
What is its approximate current value?
I am thinking I should sell it.

the pic's did not work, but your looking at somewhere in the area of 1000ish-1400ish. this is based on my opinion, and what a "small" steel heart bring's on the market now a day's. also if some one is willing to pay more, it will go for whatever the market will support. entertain all option's, and don't settle for less. that is a very nice piece of steel.:thumbup:
