Howdy!
I don't even remember where I got this guy.
All in know is that its old, I think its called a "Congress", and the box/paperwork isn't dated.

By no means at all am I asking for value, especially considering I don't wanna sell it anyways.

A quick search points in the direction that its from the 70's, but seems older than that.
So I'm here to ask the experts!
How old you think it is?
What does the "91" mean?

Thanks for any help. :)

Looks like it has Delrin handles, so early 1970s is plausible. I think 91 is a pattern number, not a date.

I'm not an expert, but I think 70's is about right. I can't find the book I have that shows the stampings, but that slanted Camillus was earlier than the one with a line above and below. It is a Congress pattern. The 91 is the model number.

I like those knives, and have a 712 (4 different blades) and a 40 (2 blades) right here on my desk with me.

One chart I just looked at from another site indicates this tang stamp was used from late 70s into the 80s.

Thanks for the replies folks!
Its pretty tired. Not much snap left at all. Lots of play in each blade.
But its still cool nonetheless.
