I got this years ago on ebay and it had been used pretty well by the owner. Recently took it out and It's back now to shaving arm hairs and even batoning some wood and other light bushcraft duties. I've been very happy with it. The research I've looked up on it from Case dates it between 1965-1980. It doesn't say stainless steel but looks it. A pretty common Case hunting knife. If anyone knows any additional info please let me know, just for my own interest because I can't get myself to part with knives. Well...Just once and it was ugly. Anyway, pics are below. THanks

Great to see you've brought it back into service. A knife is meant to be used and enjoyed IMHO.

What's the overall knife look like? I'm not familiar with that model.

Had some problem with the second (full knife) pic, seems likes it's working now. These hunting models with the leather grips are going for about $60 new, I think. It had the original leather sheath with it, so I was very happy to get it for 25. I've used it at work as well and got a little paint on the leather. I put it back away because I thought it was a little too much knife to have around my customers. But, I'm new when it comes to bushcraft and it seems to be working out for that.
