Old Case fixed blade - identification needed.

I'm attempting to determine the age of this Case fixed blade knife. It's got a 4" skinner blade and is 8-1/4" overall in length.
The stacked leather washer handle is dried up and missing many washers. The butt appears to be a phenolic type of plastic.
Best I can tell by the tang stamp, it may be from the 1930's. No other markings on the blade. Any help would be appreciated.

You will likely have better results if you post some images of the knife in question. Specifically, you should post some images of the tang stamp(s).
