Old Case knife?

Attempting to figure out if this old knife I have is a Case knife, both blades are too rusty to open.

Soak the joints with penetrating oil and let it sit a while. Keep working at it, they will open eventually. They are not that bad really....just stuck....
Probably not Case. Appears to have jigged delrin handles, probably a Camillus product.

I, for one, would give it a long squirt of PB Blaster and let it sit for a day. Repeat as needed until the blades come free. For identification, you might be well served to consult the Traditional Subforum.
