Old Case XX knife Boxes

I have been collecting Case XX knives for many years and have never been able to find any solid information on the boxes the knives come in as far as what years the box was used and what year Case changed them. I know that Case used Pumpkin Seed boxes in the mid 60's and ended in the Mid 70's and the white box with the black and red was used from the mid 70's to the ?? and the green box was used in the late 80's to ?? but specific years for the box I have not been able to find out about. So if anyone could help that would be great.
