old case xx

i found an old double blade case with an indian in a canoe on the larger blade, is this knife worth anything.

I would try posting this in the traditional forum for a little more interest. I found this and it should give you an idea anyhow.

I couldn't get your link to open (Photobucket seems to be down at the moment), but that etch is only used on the Canoe, a nice little pocket-friendly pattern. If you copy and paste the IMG lines from the picture on photobucket to your post here, maybe we can give you more info.

When you say case xx it usually refers to pre 1965 knives.The reason being that is all thats stamped on the blade.Yours is a 70's era knife unless there are no dots under the tang mark then it would be a 65-69 made.As for value,they are all down down like all collectables,but as always condition is everything.Yours looks like a great user,but not so much a valuable collectable.Love that bone.

That's a nice older Case. Seals' info is right on target. Without a clearer/larger picture of the tang stamp, we can't give you an exact date.
Also, I think you have to be a paying member to ask about value, according to the Forum Rules.
Try to get some better photos, and bring them over to the Traditional forum for more/better info.
