Sears "OLD CRAFTY" branded knives are interesting. They were a subbranding of Craftsman knives and, as you would expect, were originally Old Timers in Craftsman clothing. Here is a #9546 along with the original store display card.

Interesting knife for sure! Looking at the price, just can't help to wonder what year that was?

The price could go right up into the mid to later sixties (depending on what knife pattern it was meant to display), but leather knife purses were fashionable earlier. A guess would be late forties to mid fifties. There is no copyright date on the display board and I have not found a registered trademark "Old Crafty" for Sears. The "Old Crafty" trade name was used on Sears knives at least up thru the seventies, perhaps later into the eighties as I have one still in the blister pack that was made by Camillus.

It that one marked as a Schrade Walden Michael? I'm guessing it is Schrade made since it is not a Camillus type blade. I have several Craftsman marked both ways. The paperwork there does have a Camillus look to it.

No, the tangstamp is Craftsman over 9548, pretty sure it was Schrade made. My NIP #95086 has dark Fibron "laminated hardwood" handles with brass bolsters and is almost definately a Camillus. The five digit Sears stock number also suggests later production.
