"Old File Hand Made"

Came accross a few kitchen knives, all look pretty old, same handle style, one is stamped "Old File", then "Hand Made" under that.

Any clue as to their origin- I found a reference to a 1900's knife company that was called "Old File" but they stamped with their location "Havana, GA" or something like that.

Can anyone shed any light?
