I don't know how many of you enjoy quality brews, it seems there are more whiskey drinkers here, but if you can find this ale, Stone Brewing Old Gaurdian.....WOW!!! it's a barley wine style ale, 11.26% alchohol and it is amazing, the complexity of flavor baffles me every time I drink it.

Anyway, I opened a bottle this evening to celebrate, I just got my BuyBrown sheath for my AS and recieved FBMLE #231 in the mail, now if only my wife were here to celebrate with me this would be a perfect night.

Back on track, those that enjoy quality brews, find,and consume Stone Old Gaurdian

Dunno about that stuff but I sure like Arrogant Bastard :D I also like Dead Guy Ale from Rogue Brewery
 
I'll have to check this one out. I've gotten hooked on Dogfish Head I.P.A., but it registers a paltry 9% ABV. But it is tasty and my gut is getting large.

Ahhhh...summer on the 400 ranges. Drink water, Devildog!

Sure, I love single malt. That doesn't mean I don't have the traditional manly reverence for beer! I'll definitely pork around for some Guardian.:)

Yes, yes the summer in the stumps can be a horrible, horrible thing, however, I am in Camp Pendleton right now at Infantry Squad Leaders Course, so the temps usually don't go above 90.

And for you IPA lovers......Stone Ruination.....again, WOW
