Old Glory Boot knife - not as pictured!

I was going through some of the new Old Glory series from Camillus today, and wanted to take a look at the CP75 boot knife, as the pictures all feature it with a flag covered blade and handle - imagine my suprise when I found it had a black blade instead!

This looks waaaaaaaaaaaaaaay cooler than what's in the pictures, and very tasty with the flag scales. I'll post pictures when I can... it's nice!

Camillus has changed the Old Glory boot knife to where the flag motif is on the handle only. Didn't know they were going with a black blade! sounds like the black blade sets off the flag motif handle nicely. Can't wait to see it!

There was a change[I agree, for the better] regarding the Boot Knife in the Ol Glory Series. The original proto had the whole knife with the flag treatment. We decided quickly afterwards to just give the scales the flag treatment. The blade with have the same black finish as the regular CAMILLUS boot knife. Pic below....
