Veering way off topic, but here goes. You can call me a geezer who doesn’t like change. Some change I like, but I don’t like sports teams moving to another city. It’s the Historian within. But I realize it’s the world and I do adjust.
Baltimore Colts; Houston Oilers; Minneapolis Lakers; San Diego Chargers; Oakland Raiders; Buffalo Braves; Brooklyn Dodgers and the New York (Baseball), Giants.
But, yah.... and it's really pathetic when the team names are TOTALLY out of place in their "new" cities ...
*L.A. is basically a desert with a glorified storm drain as it's "river" and yet they're still the Lakers?

*I'd wager a majority of L.A. Dodger fans don't have a clue what an OG "Dodger" was

*And the most laughable, New Orleans lost the Jazz to..........Utah...haha...yup, don't know about you guys, but when I jam out to some Coltrane it puts me in the mood to hit the slopes at Nordic Valley.
