Old hatchet today ...

Picked up a nice carpenters hatchet today. Only mark was the word Winner on the head. An info on identifying appreciated.

We need a picture as it may not even be a carpenters hatchet.
When someone says carpenters hatchet, it may actually be a broad hatchet, lathing hatchet, shingling hatchet, half hatchet, drywall hatchet, flooring hatchet, or often a riggers axe.
