This was a fun little project and I was really pleased with the results. It's super sharp and has a very solid feel to it. Now I need to make a sheath.

Very nice. One day I hope to have the time to do such things. Of course when I do, I hope I have the talent as well.:D

Now you got me checking ebay for one to work on.(watching a couple):)
I'll be hitting the second hand stores this week end too.
I made a nessmuk out of the cutoff end of a Tramontina machete I moded.
I got it done last week.
The nice thing about projects like these is we don't need heat treating knowhow or equipment.
