Old Hickory Knives

What type of grind do the old hickory knives have?

The still in shrink wrap cleaver I have is a v-grind not saber or full flat.

All the Old Hickory's that I have sharpened are hollow ground.

Mine are also hollow ground, one is so old and rusty I can't tell. Thing is, the grind isn't very deep, I guess the radius is large?

As far as the edge, there isn't much to speak of. You will be doing that on your own. Great knives for the price!

All of the ones I've seen are hollow also.
