Old Hickory "Upswept" Modification

I modded another 7" Old Hickory butchers knife. This one has an upsweep profile. Its very sharp and convex now of course. Not sure of the wood. I think it came from my brothers garden. And its very comfortable to hold.

That's the best modification of an old hickory I've seen, with my favorite blade profile, best for most of my uses.
Nice wood and handle shape, looks to be very comfortable to use.

It could do with some more finishing, cosmetically, but i will decide whether to do that once i know what i am going to do with it. If i'm using it then no. Or i am gifting it, then yes.
