OK, as promised here is the "hunter-trapper's" specs:
It is of equal end design.
OAL 4.625", Width: 1", thickness: .75", wt: 9 oz.
There are 3 blades; 1.) master blade is a spear 3.25"l x 3/4" w x 1/8" thick, marked Remington/Ontario
2.) the 2nd spey(also on the right side) 2.5" x5/8" (Carl, the owner said it was as long as the masterblade when new, marked Yonge Street& 3rd.) 2"x1/2" x Too thin to measure with my old eyes
. The 3rd blade also was about 1/2" longer when new marked illegibly (again my eyes are too old). The owner , Carl said he had the small 1 also, but gave that to his boy (who was killed in Gulf 1). I know his son's widow, but don't want to bother her about something so trivial, so I won't get thos specs. Carl did say however that it was about 1" shorter, but everything else was the same.
When I told him about this sight he just laughed his head off. He thought it was amusing that people not only collect knives, but also admit it to other folks publicly, or have "internets"*about them. *(webpages)
