Old Joseph Rogers & sons

I picked up what I believe is an old Joseph Rogers & sons stag handled carving knife, when looking at it in just the right light which seems to evade mg camera lens I can definitely make out & sons how ever that’s all I can clearly make with the naked eye. The stamping is in the right place for that particular maker, but I have not been able yo find another that matches up quite the same. Only seen one other with the same blade style but a totally different type of handle. If anyone agrees or believes that it is of a different maker please feel free to share your thoughts and opinions?
