old kitchen knife need help

Cant help you with the maker but that is a nice knife. I know exactly what I had done with it if it where mine, I would clean it up some, take it down to a sharp point, sharpen and use as a petty.
 
I agree to Kingkoma about knife and want to share my way . I use knife and, clean it well and put it the cabinet.
