Ok so, some while ago I came around askin about an old knife I've had for some time and whether or not it was worth keepin. After a lot of help and advice from you guys I figured I owed ya an update on my progress so far. If you wanna read the original thread you can find it here

I put a new handle on it. Fits my grip real well, and now I feel like I've got somethin I can hang on to. Hard maple. Polished to 2500. Not sure what else (if anything) I should do to finish it, so any tips or suggestions would be helpful on that end of things. and I admit I cheated somewhat with the power tools, particularly the slot for the tang and the holes for the pins. (two things you really wanna get right on the first try). I was able to reuse the same pins though, and most of what ya see there is a lot of hammer and chisel and a hell of a lot of sandpaper.

It was kinda hard to take pictures of really. Kept wantin to reflect light like a mirror.

So, thoughts? opinions? Suggestions?

And remember, this is my first time doin this, so go easy on me. :D
