Hi I found my Grandfather's old Marble woodcraft knife from around 1919. I'm wondering if I should clean it and sharpen it or just leave it alone? I don't want to screw up the value (if it has any). I don't know that much about knives so please let me know what you guys think. Thanks. Also if someone will tell me how to post pics i'll post some pics of the knife and sheath

While those old knives are collectable, they are not very expensive unless they are in pristine condition. It would be better if you looked at it not as a piece with monetary value, but one with sentimental value. As such, you want to take steps to insure it's long life and usefulness. Gently clean it up (there are some very good threads here on how to do this) and oil it. Clean the sheath as well. And do not store it in the sheath. take goo care of it and your kids will have a nice memento from a time long gone.
