Member 110Dave can't log on as he has said after I gave him some hints to check. He continues to contact via email. His profile is active . Could he get more tech help than my poor efforts. 300Bucks
 
Did he forget his password? There is a way to recover his password and user name if he still has access to the email he used to sign up with. Can you clarify?
 
He has forgotten password, did not write it down and has changed email. I suggested he just sign up like a newbie. I have his email address. Will appreciate directions to end this journey. 300Bucks
 
There is usually a choice of "forgot password" that allows selecting a new PW and verification being sent to his email. Usually.
 
Free emails last forever, mostly...and have a password recovery feature as well. If memory serves, he would have to have access to the old account in order to prove he controls it. Spark could merge at that point.
